“Look again at that dot. That’s here. That’s home. That’s us.”
I found this just, incredible. I really hoped I could do everything on the page since everything is amazingly written but I found this speaking to me the most. To think that a lot of people think they’re superior or more capable of better things when their existence only matters on THIS Pale Blue Dot. As well as they’ll be lost in time and left in the past, also how people think their famous everywhere but not on another planet or anywhere in the universe except on this Dot. Your just 1 in 7.53 BILLION people, your existence doesn’t really matter except to the people that love you and your no one special like me and others. Our lives are small and really just useless and lost in one place in or on this world. But you have to make your life matter to you, not your friends, or your “expectations” from others. That’s all in your head, break that shell and do what matters to you. With all of this were but slowly having our formittable death get ahead of us and swallow us whole one day. Forgetting everything that matters and enjoying “taking everything” from this planet that one day will get incinerated by the sun, so why not start now? Take everything and make everyone in the future suffer for having NOTHING, because isn't that what we're doing now? Or what were starting?

If I could take home one piece of art from the gallery, I would take the Forsaken art piece by Emily Carr. The painting is quite large, 119.1 cm x 76.5 cm to be exact. The painting is a landscape/ First Nation painting, Also this painting is made with oil on a canvas. I choose this painting because I love the outdoors, wildlife and nature, I also like this painting because it was also a real place that she took inspiration from. How I would describe this painting is a totem pole in the middle of the forest close by the mountains and an animal/creature on top of it alone and trying to find a place to go or trying to find its pack but was left behind some how, hence it being called Forsaken since the creature was left behind by itself.
Our world has quite a lot of pollution, and I can think of one reason why. This reason is slowly killing our environment, killing wildlife, as well as ruining our oxygen, air and sky.
I'm talking about the fuel system and also gasoline. If we use either less or no gasoline at all, that would help cut down on the smoke and make a cleaner environment for human's and animals to breath in, as well as live in a cleaner place. If we stop producing gasoline, then cars wouldn't make as much smoke, since there are many cars on Earth, it would make a pretty big difference with the smaller amount of smoke. Also without gasoline there would be a smaller chance for fire since gasoline is very flammable. Also in some places it's very smokey because of fire but not always from gasoline. If even some more cars can even be using solar power or electricity like some other cars, it would be at least cut down on the smoke by a little bit, which is at least a small start. Is there some other way you could think of to help the environment? |
